Bring It On Home was written in 1978 by the original young Star System Express band. Anthony heard the music in his head traveling with his father on a business trip. He kept replaying it in his head writing only the line that is the title. When he and his 8th grade band members met to jam he shard the idea. Then bassist and singer of the band, Keith Mickens, took it home and wrote the lyrics. All four band members were students of east middle school in Aurora Colorado and had opportunity to play in the court yard where Bring It On Home was Played live for the first time. The song stayed with SSE from then on and Anthony brought it back to life many times with several bands since. Except for the vocals, which all the members of the TuncCats participated in, this recording was recorded by Anthony one track at a time
